To our valued 15th due date automatic withdraw customers,

Due to an unforeseen systems error, your payment due on the 15th was mistakenly pulled on the 13th instead.  If this error created any bank charges on your side, please email a copy of your bank statement to service@finpac.com, showing the amount you were charged by your bank, and we will credit you that amount.  We sincerely apologize for this error and are committed to helping you resolve any resulting issues.
