OPERATIONS SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE – 20-906 – 08/11/2020

Financial Pacific Leasing is seeking an Operations Support Representative to join our team in Federal Way! This position provides support to Customer Service Representatives as well as Titling Coordinators when applicable. Responsible for written communication from/to Customers, notating of databases as necessary, accurate data entry including but not limited to, ACH setup and turn off, payment histories, credit ratings, document copies, customer letters, invoicing, posting instructions, insurance triage and tracking, miscellaneous mail tasks, document creation and dispositions and front office support. Responsible to ensure quality and timely service to internal and external customers.  Support the various areas with tasks as needed.  Responsible for keeping management up to date on any significant situations which could cause harm to the company.
